Job Responsibilities
1. Provide training to terminal retail outlets according to headquarters requirements;
2. Training for the comprehensive skill enhancement of market business team members;
3. Support for company and distributor marketing conferences (assist in hosting, presenting, or
attending);
4. Investigation of training needs and production of courseware PPT;
5. Assist in budgeting training expenses, arranging venues, and providing suggestions, and promptly
follow up and provide feedback on training effectiveness;
Job requirements
1. Marketing training, with experience in marketing training in the electric vehicle, home appliance,
mobile phone 3C, and furniture industries;
2. Proficient in creating PPT courseware, familiar with Excel/Word and other software, and capable of
independently presenting courses;
